New life at Historic Turner Hall
After years of neglect, the first floor restaurant and bar has been reborn!
Featuring a large welcoming bar, several different dining areas, and a huge gathering space—the Tavern at Turner Hall is littered with memorabilia, pool tables, dart boards amongst a smattering of iconic wreckage from Milwaukee’s musical past. It’s a haven for all walks of life– from punks to rockers and nerds to jocks.
The Tavern features a full menu of salads, burgers, shareable apps, entrees and a redux of the city’s most famous Friday Fish Fry as well as Event Day menus for those rushing to or from the show or the game. Ballroom guests can even order from a special menu for events upstairs.
Our “new” historic bar and restaurant also offers several unique event spaces for groups large and small. The atmospheric Palm Room mixes lounge seating with pool tables, darts and shuffleboard as well as a robust A/V system and flexible setups for private parties and special events.
The bar features an extensive list of beers, wines, and craft cocktails to compliment the kitchen’s customizable catering menus and banquet style dining options.
Tavern is the perfect spot to extend your night as it’s set in Milwaukee’s liveliest new neighborhood and lives directly below one of Milwaukee’s true gems—and greatest variety of programming — the Turner Hall Ballroom!
Tavern is open at least two hours before any area event. Reservations are accepted.
